A fun, easy dessert everyone, including children, will love that you can probably make from what you already keep in your pantry.

Ingredients
- 2 boxes yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 - eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
- 1 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
How To Make cake batter blondies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 F.

Step 2Combine the first four ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 3Add the milk slowly – you want the batter to remain as dense as possible so they are more of a "blondie" and not a cake.

Step 4Mix in the rainbow sprinkles and white chocolate chips. Bake for 25-30 minutes in 2- 8x8 pans at 350 degrees. (It is okay if they don't seem completely done. They will set up more as they cool.)
