Ingredients

How to Make CAKE BATTER BLONDIES

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine the first four ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Add the milk slowly – you want the batter to remain as dense as possible so they are more of a "blondie" and not a cake.
  4. Mix in the rainbow sprinkles and white chocolate chips. Bake for 25-30 minutes in 2- 8x8 pans at 350 degrees. (It is okay if they don't seem completely done. They will set up more as they cool.)
