20 ounces crushed pineapple, with juice
1Mix all ingredients and beat by hand for 1 minute.
2Bake in 9x13 pan at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes, or until done when touched in center.
3While cake is baking make icing.
41 stick butter
1 small can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup coconut
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
boil all but coconut for around 5 minutes, add coconut.
5While cake is hot, poke holes with wooden spoon handle. Pour icing over cake.
