1 can(s)20 oz crushed pineapple with juice

How to Make Cajun Cake #2 (cake mix version)
- Mix all ingredients
- pour into 9x13 pan that is sprayed with Pam.
- bake at 350 for 40 minutes or til done.
- Make icing: boil 1 stick of butter, 1 small can evaporated milk, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup coconut, 1 cup chopped pecans. Poke holes in hot cake and pour icing over top. This is so moist and is better if made the day before eating.
