Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix w/pudding
- 1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple with juice
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup chopped pecans

Step 1Mix all ingredients

Step 2pour into 9x13 pan that is sprayed with Pam.

Step 3bake at 350 for 40 minutes or til done.

Step 4Make icing: boil 1 stick of butter, 1 small can evaporated milk, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup coconut, 1 cup chopped pecans. Poke holes in hot cake and pour icing over top. This is so moist and is better if made the day before eating.
