1 box
yellow cake mix w/pudding
1 can(s)
20 oz crushed pineapple with juice
3
eggs
1 c
chopped pecans

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all ingredients
  • 2pour into 9x13 pan that is sprayed with Pam.
  • 3bake at 350 for 40 minutes or til done.
  • 4Make icing: boil 1 stick of butter, 1 small can evaporated milk, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup coconut, 1 cup chopped pecans. Poke holes in hot cake and pour icing over top. This is so moist and is better if made the day before eating.
