Ingredients For cadbury egg cup cakes

  • 1/2 c
    light corn syrup
  • 1/4 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 tsp
    tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 3 c
    powdered sugar
  • 4
    drops yellow food coloring
  • 2
    drops red food coloring
  • mini cadbury eggs

How To Make cadbury egg cup cakes

    Combine corn syrup, butter, vanilla, salt in a large bowl. Beat well with an electric mixer until smooth. Add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, mixing by hand after each addition. Mix well until creamy. Remove about 1/3 of mixture, place it into a small bowl. Add yellow, red food coloring, stir well to combine. Cover both mixtures, refrigerate at least 2 hours, or until firm.

    flatten out the white layer and cut rounds for your cup cakes and apply Flatten out the yellow layer and cut a smaller egg yolk shape and apply over the white layer add a mini egg on top

    NOTE: For a surprise cup cake also add a mini egg on top of batter before baking. It will be inside the cup cake once it is baked.
