  • 1 (8oz) package cream cheese
  • 3 sticks butter
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 6 large organic brown eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pure organic orange flavoring
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pure organic lemon flavoring
  • 3 cups swans down cake flour
  • ICING
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons pure organic lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup powder sugar
  • MIX LEMON JUICE AND POWDER SUGAR AND POUR OVER TOP OF CAKE

How To Make buttery pound cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 325 degree. Cream the butter, sugar, and cream cheese. Add the eggs, one at a time, and both flavorings, mixing well.
  • Step 2
    Pour batter into greased pan, and bake in center of oven for 1 hour and 25 minutes. Let cool 20 minutes before removing from pan.
