How to Make Butterscotch Tiramisu Parfaits
- 1Prepare pudding mix according to package directins using 3 1/2 C of milk for both packages.
- 3In seperate bowl, beat mascarpone cheese, remaining 1/2 C sugar & remaining 1/2 C whipping cream. Gently fold pudding/mascarpone mixture into whipped cream mixture.
- 6IN A HURRY?
Layer the drenched ladyfingers & pudding mixture alternately in a large serving bowl, ending with the pudding mixture. Dust the top with sifted cocoa just before serving.
