Ingredients
- 2 - 3.4 oz packages butterscotch instant pudding
- 3 1/2 cups milk
- 2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, divided
- 1 - 8 ounces mascarpone cheese, room temperature
- 3 - 3 oz. packages ladyfingers, split
- - kahlua or stong brewed coffee
How To Make butterscotch tiramisu parfaits

Step 1Prepare pudding mix according to package directins using 3 1/2 C of milk for both packages.

Step 2In a large bowl, beat 2 C whipping cream at medium-high speed with a mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in 2 Tbsp sugar.

Step 3In seperate bowl, beat mascarpone cheese, remaining 1/2 C sugar & remaining 1/2 C whipping cream. Gently fold pudding/mascarpone mixture into whipped cream mixture.

Step 4Brust cut sides of ladyfingers with kahlua. Layer ladyfinger & pudding mixture in parfait glasses or wine glasses.

Step 5Cover & refrigerate at least 4 hours.

Step 6IN A HURRY? Layer the drenched ladyfingers & pudding mixture alternately in a large serving bowl, ending with the pudding mixture. Dust the top with sifted cocoa just before serving.
