Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups flour
How To Make butterscotch pudding cake

Step 1in a cast iron skillet put water, brown sugar and 2 Tbs butter, bring to a simmer

Step 2while that is simmering make the batter.

Step 3in med. bowl cut 1/2 cup and 2 Tbs of butter into flour. Add sugar, baking powder, vanilla and milk.

Step 4mix together until blended, will be stiff.

Step 5Turn off iron skillet.

Step 6drop scoops of batter into iron skillet until all the batter is gone.

Step 7Put skillet in oven and bake at 350 for 20 min or until batter is golden brown and firm.
