- BATTER
- 1 box yellow pudding cake mix
- 1 box instant butterscotch pudding
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup water
- SWIRL MIXTURE
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make butterscotch coffee cake

Step 1Grease and flour bundt pan.

Step 2Mix swirl ingredients together.

Step 3Blend batter ingredients, then beat for 3 to 5 minutes.

Step 4Pour half of batter mixture in bundt pan. Sprinkle swirl mixture on top of batter, then pour remaining batter over swirl mixture.

Step 5Take knife and swirl through batter.

Step 6Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Step 7When done let cool for 15 minutes IN THE PAN, then remove from pan to wire rack.
