Ingredients

  • BATTER

  • 1 box
    yellow pudding cake mix
  • 1 box
    instant butterscotch pudding
  • 2/3 c
    vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • SWIRL MIXTURE

  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    cocoa
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon

How to Make Butterscotch Coffee Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Grease and flour bundt pan.
  2. Mix swirl ingredients together.
  3. Blend batter ingredients, then beat for 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Pour half of batter mixture in bundt pan. Sprinkle swirl mixture on top of batter, then pour remaining batter over swirl mixture.
  5. Take knife and swirl through batter.
  6. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
  7. When done let cool for 15 minutes IN THE PAN, then remove from pan to wire rack.
