ButterScotch AppleSauce Cake
butter or margarine, softened
1In a mixing bowl, Cream the butter and brown sugar
2Add eggs and applesauce; mix well
3Combine flower,baking soda,salt and cinnamon; add to creamed mixture stir in raisins.
4Spread in a greased 13-In.X9-In.X2-In baking pan.
5Sprinkle with chips,sugar and Pecans.
6Bake at 375 Degrees F for 25 Minutes. Or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
