This is so easy to make, most people can't believe it when I tell them how. You can try using other candy bars if you wish, but I love the crunch and flavor of the Butterfinger :)

Ingredients

1 18 oz
cake mix, devils food
3
eggs
1/2 c
oil
1 1/3 c
water
1 14 oz
can, sweetened condensed milk
1
tub of cool whip
3
regular size butterfinger candy bars

How to Make Butterfinger Devils Food Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Using mix, eggs, oil, and water prepare cake as directed on package in 9x13 pan.
  • 2When you pull cake out of oven , poke holes in top immediately with fork or handle of wooden spoon.
  • 3Pour entire can of SCM on top of cake .
  • 4Place in refrigerator to cool.
  • 5Just before serving , top with entire tub of Cool Whip and garnish with crushed Butterfinger candy bars. ( I put the candy bars in a Ziploc bag and use a mallet to crush them )
  • 6Slice and serve...ENJOY !!!!
