angel food cake mix

egg yolks
1 tsp
almond flavoring
2 c
powdered sugar
12 oz
container of cool whip (thawed)

How to Make Butterfinger Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Prepare Angel Food cake mix per directions on the box..let cool completely
  • 2Crush candy bars and break cake into bite size pieces
  • 3Mix together egg yolks, almond flavoring, powdered sugar and cool whip
  • 4Layer in 9x13 inch pan: 1/2 of cake, 1/2 of cool whip mixture and 1/2 of crushed candy bars...repeat layers
  • 5Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or overnight
