What a treat! This cheesecake recipe's tangy, smooth and crunchy all wrapped up in one. I love the pop of flavor of the chewy chocolate crust. The butter pecan topping really makes this cheesecake shine. It's delicious!
Tip: The topping gets hard after a while when the cheesecake is setting up in the fridge. Just pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds to melt the topping, then just drizzle on top.
