How to Make Buttercream icing
- 1Cream Butter and Shorttening togetherwith an electric mixer.
- 2Add vanilla and salt>Beat in sugar, 1 cup at a time, bleanding well after addition.
- 3Scrape sides and bottom of the bowloften with a spatula. Add milk and beat at high speed until light and fluffy.
- 4keep icing covered with lid or damp cloth and store in refrigerator when not in use.
