4 dash(es)clear butter flavoring
4 tspvanilla extract ( in my business, i always used almond extract
2 Tbspkaro syrup
How to Make Buttercream for cake decorators
- BEAT until moist:
2 lbs of powdered sugar, crisco, water, salt karo and almond or vanilla flavoring
- Then add the other 2 lbs of powdered sugar.
Beat 10 to 20 minutes (hope you have a kitchenaid)
Store airtight. keeps well.
- left over colored icing can be combined with cocoa and 1 egg white (opt), to make a wonderfully flavored chocolate icing,
