I found this recipe that I had wrote down on a piece of paper, not even sure where I got the recipe from. But, I decided to cook it today. I cut me a piece while it was still warm and it is very good. A good dessert to go to when you need something fast.

Preheat over to 350 degrees. Spray a 9"X13" baking dish with cooking spray. Pour mixture into dish. Bake 25-30 minutes.
