2 cups shortening
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons meringue powder
1 teaspoon flavoring or extract
7 tablespoons water

How To Make butter cream recipe icing!

Step 1

shortening extract sugar and meringue powder mix all together on slow mix motion on your mixer. ---->DO NOT WHIP it gives lots of bubbles. add water slowly till you reach the consistency u like.

Step 2

you can add a food coloring on any type u like! I recomend the gel food coloring better!
