LOVE this! My mom makes this every year for our Indy 500 After Party Cookout! NEVER left overs! Everyone LOVES it! PERFECT summer treat

Ingredients

  • 15 oz packages oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 jar prepared fudge sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups salted peanuts
  • 8 ounces cool whip

How To Make buster bar

  • Step 1
    Mixed Crushed cookies and melted margarine Reserve 3/4 cup of oreos for topping. Press mixture into 9x13 inch pan and freeze 1 hour
  • Step 2
    Spread Softened vanilla ice cream over crust and freeze for one hour
  • Step 3
    Spread fudge sauce over ice cream and sprinkle with peanuts. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Spread Cool Whip over all and top with remaining cookie mixture. Freeze until ready to eat.
