Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 3 1/2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup water
- ICING
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 3 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 lb - confectioners sugar
- - milk
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
How To Make brunswick store fudge cake

Step 1combine flour and sugar in bowl.

Step 2Bring water,margrine,shortening and cocoa to a boil in small pot.

Step 3Add hot mixture to flour and sugar. Mix well.

Step 4Add eggs,buttermilk,baking soda and vanilla. Mix well.Beat til batter is smooth.

Step 5Pour into a 10X13 pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or incert a toothpick and it comes out clean.

Step 6ICING

Step 7combine margrine with cocoa,add sugar,milk( little at a time until frosting is creamy)

Step 8Add vanilla and chopped pecans mix well.

Step 9Smooth over cake while its still warm.
