This mix will go a long way. The recipe I listed only uses 2 cups of brownie mix.

Ingredients

6 cups sifted flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
4 teaspoons salt
2 1/2 cups cocoa powder
2 cups shortening
8 cups sugar
USING THE MIX TO MAKE BROWNIES:
2 - eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract, pure
1 cup butter
2 cups brownie mix, above
2/3 cup nuts, chopped (any kind)

How To Make brownie mix

Step 1

1. Mix dry ingredients, add shortening and mix until it has the texture of cornmeal. Store in an airtight container.

Step 2

Using the Mix to Make Brownies: While the oven is heating, beat butter. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in vanilla and 2 cups of the brownie mix. Add nuts
Step 3

Transfer batter to an 8x8-inch square pan that has been well greased and floured (or line with foil leaving a "handle" hanging out over the sides for easy removal). Smooth the top with the back of a wet spoon. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
