Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 18.4 ou bags brownie mix
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup butter
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup caramel topping
How To Make brownie cupcakes

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 12 cupcake cups in a cupcake tin. Dissolve coffe granules in water. Add brownie mix, eggs and oil.

Step 2Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Divide among cupcake cups. Bake 22-25 minutes till knife inserted comes out clean.

Step 3Cool. Beat butter until smooth. On low speed gradually beat in sugar. Add milk and vanilla beat till fluffy. Srizzle over cupcakes. Optional- drizzle caramel topping.
