I can't remember where I got this recipe years ago, but it has been a hit everywhere I've shared it.

Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
1/2 cup shortening
5 - eggs
3 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
3 cups sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla

How To Make brownie chocolate pound cake

Step 1

Cream butter, shortening, sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, until well blended. Sift dry ingredients. Add alternately with milk.

Step 2

Butter and flour tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes. Place foil over pan for the last 15 minutes.
