How To Make brown sugar - make your own!

Step 1In your food processor, put any amount of white sugar you would like.

Step 2Drizzle Molasses until the consistency of your chosen darkness or lightness preferred.

Step 3Stir half-way through processing, to stir up the molasses which may settle at the bottom of your processor container.

Step 4Mix well, and remove to a container to seal up well. The Molassas aroma may be strong when the brown sugar is fresh, but this will disapate as it is stored. I use nothing else other than homemade brown sugar. Its wonderful.
