- 1 cup cooking oil
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 8 ounces pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups light brown sugar
- 6 - eggs
- 2 and 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
How To Make brown sugar cream cheese pound cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine first 3 ingredients; beat well with mixer. Gradually add sugar, beat until light and fluffy (about 5 minutes). Add eggs, 1 at a time; beat well after each addition. Add flour to creamed mixture; beat well. Stir in vanilla.

Step 2Pour into a well-greased 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, remove from pan and cool completely.

Step 3NOTE: You can serve as is, or drizzle a light glaze on top.
