How to Make BROWN SUGAR CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE
- 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine first 3 ingredients; beat well with mixer. Gradually add sugar, beat until light and fluffy (about 5 minutes). Add eggs, 1 at a time; beat well after each addition. Add flour to creamed mixture; beat well. Stir in vanilla.
- 2Pour into a well-greased 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, remove from pan and cool completely.
- 3NOTE: You can serve as is, or drizzle a light glaze on top.
