How to Make Brown Sugar Cake
1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2Grease and flour 9 cup tube (bundt) pan.
3In large bowl combine dry ingredients.
4Add buttermilk, eggs and melted butter.
8Bake for 50 minutes or until tests done.
9Cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes.
10Turn out onto wire rack or plate and cool.
11Top with Butterscotch Glaze: In sauce pan, combine butter, brown sugar and milk.
12Bring to full boil, add sugar and extract.
14Add more milk to make a good consistency for drizzling if necessary.
