Ingredients
- 1 - package yellow cake mix
- 1 - package vanilla instant pudding (not cook and serve)
- 4 - eggs
- 2/3 cup sour cream (can use light)
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- - powder sugar to dust top of cake
How To Make brown sugar cake

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a bundt or tube pan with cooking spray. Mix 2tbs. sugar and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon and sprinkle bottom of pan.

Step 2Beat cake mix, pudding, eggs, sour cream, water and oil until well blended. Add brown sugar and nuts and mix well.

Step 3Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1hr. or until done. Allow to cool 15mins. before removing onto platter. Let cake cool completely and dust with powder sugar just before serving.
