I do not know when I started baking this cake for my son. We kinda made it up together. We make it in a bundt pan. What he loves about it is all the blueberries sink to the bottom and when you turn it over it's beautiful with it's blue bottom. He turns 17 this yr and starts his Senior year this fall. I am about to cry...He is the baby, so you moms know what I mean. He is spoiled with lots of love!!
1Preheat oven to 350F. In a mixing bowl combine all the above except blueberries, stir on low, scrap bowl. Mix on high for 2 minutes. Fold in a pint of fresh blueberries. Pour in a well greased bundt pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until tooth pick come at clean. Cool for 20 minutes then invert it onto a cake plate. When cooled heat up frosting and drizzle all over cake.
