I lived in senior housing in Richmond, Virgina and several of us swapped recipes. Or took turns cooking for each other. We would get together on Sundays after Church and read the paper and have our famous Sunday morning Breakfast Pound Cake.

Ingredients
- 1 box moist yellow cake mix
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- 4 - eggs
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
- 1 tablespoon butter flavor
How To Make breakfast or coffee pound cake

Step 1Mix 3 tablespoons of White Sugar and Table Spoon of Cinnamon. This is to spread in between layers. I really don't measure. I just mix.

Step 2Crushed Pecans and use soft butter to line the pan. Grease a Bundt Pan with the soft butter(all over) Line the pan with crushed nuts. Stick them in the butter. Plenty of them. Cook at 350 Degrees 45 mins. usually about 50-55 mins. Depending on your oven.
