ICING:

1 stickmargarine

4 Tbspcocoa powder

6 Tbspmilk

1 lbpowder sugar

1 tspvanilla extract

1/2 cpecans, in pieces
How to Make Brandy's Texas Sheet cake
- Step 1 : Sift together in a large bowl,
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 teas. crushed red hots OPTIONAL - Step 2: In a pan bring to boil stirring constantly,
2 sticks margarine
1 cup cool water
4 Tbs. cocoa - Step 3: In a small bowl,
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. soda - Beat and add step 1 and 3 with the step 2.
Pour into greased cookie sheet 12x18
Bake 375 for 20 min. - During the last 5 min of cake bake time make icing
Bring to boil,
1 stick margarine
4 tbs. cocoa
6 Tbls, milk
After boil:
Add 1 pound powdered sugar
1 teas. vanilla
pecans
And pour over hot cake...
Let cool well before slicing.
