How to Make Boston Creme Poke Cake
- Make and cook cake according to package directions. After cake comes out of oven, take the handle of a wooden spook and poke holes in the cake about an inch apart.
- Mix instant pudding and milk. Pour over warm cake, making sure pudding goes in holes. I like to use a spatula to spread the pudding and make sure it is distrubuted evenly. Refrigerate for about half an hour, until pudding is cool.
- Put can of frosting in micorwave for about 20 seconds. Pour over cake. Refrigerate till cool and enjoy!!
