Ingredients
- 3.5 cups sugar
- 1.5 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup baker's chocolate, semi sweet squares
- 3/4 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 jar maraschino cherries, chopped
How To Make boston cream loaf

Step 1Boil sugar, cream and syrup together to medium soft-ball stage.

Step 2Set aside to cool for 10 minutes.

Step 3Beat, add walnuts and cherries.

Step 4Beat until stiff; pour into 2 buttered 8 inch square pans.

Step 5Cool in refrigerator.

Step 6Cut into small squares.

Step 7Makes 2 to 3 dozen squares.
