A delicious cake that I serve for breakfast, but is impressive enough to serve anytime. I combined 2 different recipes of mine to create this one. It's awesome!

Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 3 - eggs,slightly beaten
- 1 cup melted, butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen, thawed
- CRUMBLE
- 1 stick butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
How To Make ~ bodacious blueberry buttermilk breakfast cake ~

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish. I use bakers secret In a medium bowl, sift dry ingredients and set aside. In a large bowl, beat together the milk, melted butter, vanilla and eggs. Add the flour mixture into the wet, just until blended.

Step 2Spread batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle the top evenly with the blueberries.

Step 3In a food processor, process the crumb mixture until crumbly.

Step 4Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over cake and bake for 50 minutes or until pick comes out clean.

Step 5Cool completely or serve warm with maybe a scoop of ice cream.
