/ Fruit Breakfast
blueberries, fresh or frozen
1Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
2Cream together butter and sugar.
3Add egg and milk to butter mixture and beat until smooth.
4Add dry ingredients; fold in blueberries.
5Spread in a greased and floured 8 or 9 inch cake pan.
6Make topping by cutting the ingredients together until it forms course crumbs.
7Sprinkle over cake and bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
