How to Make Blueberry Tea Cake
- 1Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
- 2Cream together butter and sugar.
- 3Add egg and milk to butter mixture and beat until smooth.
- 4Add dry ingredients; fold in blueberries.
- 5Spread in a greased and floured 8 or 9 inch cake pan.
- 6Make topping by cutting the ingredients together until it forms course crumbs.
- 7Sprinkle over cake and bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
