Ingredients
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
- CRUMB TOPPING
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1/4 cup butter
How To Make blueberry tea cake

Step 1Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.

Step 2Cream together butter and sugar.

Step 3Add egg and milk to butter mixture and beat until smooth.

Step 4Add dry ingredients; fold in blueberries.

Step 5Spread in a greased and floured 8 or 9 inch cake pan.

Step 6Make topping by cutting the ingredients together until it forms course crumbs.

Step 7Sprinkle over cake and bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
