These Blueberry muffins do not last long in my house. My family eat them the same day they are made! Very easy and very tasty!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour divided
- 3 tablespoons butter cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup uncooked regular oats
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 - large egg
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
How To Make blueberry-streusel muffins

Step 1Pulse brown sugar, 2tablespoons flour, and butter 4 or 5 times into a food processor. Stir in otas : set aside

Step 2Combine 2 cups flour and next 5 ingredients in a large bowl: make a well in the center of mixture.

Step 3Whisk together buttermilk, oil, and egg: add to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened.

Step 4Toss blueberries with remaining 1 tablespoon flour , and gently fold into batter.

Step 5Spoon batter into paper-lined muffin pans , filling three - fourths full: sprinkle batter evenly with crumble topping, gently pressing into batter.

Step 6Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove and cool
