blueberry seed cake
This seed cake is a little different from the norm Blueberry cakes ~ with caraway seeds, orange peel, and evaporated milk in it! Nice flavors and blends well with the blueberries.

Ingredients
- 1 cup floured blueberries
- 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
- 3 cups sifted flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter
- 1 large evaporated milk
- 3 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup candied orange peel, chopped
How To Make blueberry seed cake

Step 1Sift dry ingredients together. Add butter and blend well. Add eggs, milk, caraway seeds and candied orange. Beat until smooth. Gently fold in floured blueberries. Bake in well-greased 10" tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees about an hour. Cool before slicing.
