blueberry pound cake

This is such a versatile recipe and so easy to make. You can make this in almost any flavor that you wont. Just change the recipe around a little. I love to experiment on flavors and this is a good one to do that with.

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 package cream cheese (8oz) softened
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 can (15 oz) can blueberries, drained
  • - powdered sugar

How To Make blueberry pound cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except for blueberries and beat well for 3 minutes. Gently fold in blueberries.Pour into prepared, sprayed and floured, bundt pan.
  • Step 2
    Bake for 50 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top of cake.
