blueberry pound cake
This is such a versatile recipe and so easy to make. You can make this in almost any flavor that you wont. Just change the recipe around a little. I love to experiment on flavors and this is a good one to do that with.

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 package cream cheese (8oz) softened
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 can (15 oz) can blueberries, drained
- - powdered sugar
How To Make blueberry pound cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except for blueberries and beat well for 3 minutes. Gently fold in blueberries.Pour into prepared, sprayed and floured, bundt pan.

Step 2Bake for 50 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top of cake.
