How to Make Blueberry Pound Cake
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except for blueberries and beat well for 3 minutes. Gently fold in blueberries.Pour into prepared, sprayed and floured, bundt pan.
- Bake for 50 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top of cake.
