1-8 oz
cream cheese, room temperature, softened
1/2 c
cooking oil

eggs
1 pt
fresh blueberries rolled in floured

GLAZE:

2 c
powdered sugar
1/2 tsp
vanilla or almond extract
1/3 c
hot water

Step-by-Step

  • 1MIX CAKE & CREAM CHEESE BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH FOLD IN THE BLUEBERRIES. BAKE IN A GREASED & FLOURED BUNDT CAKE PAN @ 325 DEGREES FOR 1 HOUR OR UNTIL DONE.COOKING OIL AND EGGS.
  • 2WHISK TOGETHER GLAZE INGREDIENT IN A MEDIUM BOWL UNTIL SMOOTH. DRIZZLE OVER COOLED CAKE MAY SUBSTITUTE 1 TO 2 TEASPOON LEMON JUICE.
