  • 1- package yellow butter cake mix
  • 1-8 ounce cream cheese, room temperature, softened
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries rolled in floured
  • GLAZE:
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
  • 1/3 cup hot water

How To Make blueberry pound cake

  • Step 1
    MIX CAKE & CREAM CHEESE BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH FOLD IN THE BLUEBERRIES. BAKE IN A GREASED & FLOURED BUNDT CAKE PAN @ 325 DEGREES FOR 1 HOUR OR UNTIL DONE.COOKING OIL AND EGGS.
  • Step 2
    WHISK TOGETHER GLAZE INGREDIENT IN A MEDIUM BOWL UNTIL SMOOTH. DRIZZLE OVER COOLED CAKE MAY SUBSTITUTE 1 TO 2 TEASPOON LEMON JUICE.
