I found this recipe on the internet and decided to try it.....it was my first cheesecake I ever made and it was delicious. I brought it to Christmas dinner and everyone loved it and asked for the recipe.

Ingredients
- CRUST
- 40 - vanilla wafers cookies
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- FILLING
- 4 packages cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 large eggs
- 1 box lemon flavored instant pudding
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 cups whipped cream
How To Make blueberry lemon cheesecake

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Step 2Crush up 40 wafers

Step 3melt 3 tablespoons of butter and add it to the crushed cookies

Step 4add 3 tablespoons of sugar

Step 5mix and press to a 13x9 baking dish

Step 6bake for 10 minutes.

Step 7for the filling mix 4 packages of cream cheese

Step 81 cup sugar

Step 92 tablespoons of flour

Step 10mix

Step 11add 1 cup of sour cream

Step 12mix

Step 13add 4 eggs, one at a time, and mix after each one

Step 14add 1 package of lemon flavored instant pudding

Step 16with a spoon stir in 1/2 cup of blueberries

Step 17pour mixture over crust and bake for 1 hour

Step 18remove from oven and let cool for 3 hours in refrigerator

Step 19spread cool whip on top

Step 20add the rest of the blueberries on top of the whipped cream..
