I found this recipe on the internet and decided to try it.....it was my first cheesecake I ever made and it was delicious. I brought it to Christmas dinner and everyone loved it and asked for the recipe.

Ingredients

  • CRUST
  • 40 - vanilla wafers cookies
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • FILLING
  • 4 packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 box lemon flavored instant pudding
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups whipped cream

How To Make blueberry lemon cheesecake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  • Step 2
    Crush up 40 wafers
  • Step 3
    melt 3 tablespoons of butter and add it to the crushed cookies
  • Step 4
    add 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • Step 5
    mix and press to a 13x9 baking dish
  • Step 6
    bake for 10 minutes.
  • Step 7
    for the filling mix 4 packages of cream cheese
  • Step 8
    1 cup sugar
  • Step 9
    2 tablespoons of flour
  • Step 10
    mix
  • Step 11
    add 1 cup of sour cream
  • Step 12
    mix
  • Step 13
    add 4 eggs, one at a time, and mix after each one
  • Step 14
    add 1 package of lemon flavored instant pudding
  • Step 15
    mix
  • Step 16
    with a spoon stir in 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • Step 17
    pour mixture over crust and bake for 1 hour
  • Step 18
    remove from oven and let cool for 3 hours in refrigerator
  • Step 19
    spread cool whip on top
  • Step 20
    add the rest of the blueberries on top of the whipped cream..
