I found this recipe on the internet and decided to try it.....it was my first cheesecake I ever made and it was delicious.
I brought it to Christmas dinner and everyone loved it and asked for the recipe.

Ingredients

  • CRUST

  • 40
    vanilla wafers cookies
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar
  • FILLING

  • 4 pkg
    cream cheese
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 4 large
    eggs
  • 1 box
    lemon flavored instant pudding
  • 1 c
    blueberries
  • 2 c
    whipped cream

How to Make Blueberry lemon Cheesecake

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. Crush up 40 wafers
  3. melt 3 tablespoons of butter and add it to the crushed cookies
  4. add 3 tablespoons of sugar
  5. mix and press to a 13x9 baking dish
  6. bake for 10 minutes.
  7. for the filling mix 4 packages of cream cheese
  8. 1 cup sugar
  9. 2 tablespoons of flour
  10. mix
  11. add 1 cup of sour cream
  12. mix
  13. add 4 eggs, one at a time, and mix after each one
  14. add 1 package of lemon flavored instant pudding
  15. mix
  16. with a spoon stir in 1/2 cup of blueberries
  17. pour mixture over crust and bake for 1 hour
  18. remove from oven and let cool for 3 hours in refrigerator
  19. spread cool whip on top
  20. add the rest of the blueberries on top of the whipped cream..
  21. Enjoy!
