This is my own recipe. There are many others by this name, but everyone who eats mine says, this is the best ever.

Ingredients

  • BAKED PECAN CRUST
  • 13/4 cups self rising flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 2 cups finely chopped pecans
  • CREAM CHEESE FILLING
  • 2-8oz boxes cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 16-32 oz - cool whip (mix according to your taste)
  • 1 lg pound powered sugar
  • 2 cans blueberry pie filling

How To Make blueberry crunch

  • Step 1
    Melt two sticks of butter in 9x13 casserole dish,add flour,brown sugar and pecans. press smoothly, bake until golden brown allow to cool (completely).
  • Step 2
    Mix Cream cheese, Sour cream cool whip and powered sugar until creamy. pour into cooled baked pecan crust, pour blueberry pie filling evenly over top of mixture. chill and enjoy.
