This is my own recipe. There are many others by this name, but everyone who eats mine says, this is the best ever.

  • 13/4 c
    self rising flour
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 stick
    butter, melted
  • 2 c
    finely chopped pecans

  • 2-8oz box
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 16-32 oz
    cool whip (mix according to your taste)
  • 1 lg lb
    powered sugar
  • 2 can(s)
    blueberry pie filling

How to Make Blueberry Crunch


  1. Melt two sticks of butter in 9x13 casserole dish,add flour,brown sugar and pecans. press smoothly, bake until golden brown allow to cool (completely).
  2. Mix Cream cheese, Sour cream cool whip and powered sugar until creamy. pour into cooled baked pecan crust, pour blueberry pie filling evenly over top of mixture. chill and enjoy.
