Very good friend gave me this recipe. It continues to be passed on. I have even baked it and taken it home to Pennsylvania on the plane from Nebraska where I lived at the time. Of course that was before the pat down and 9/11 security screenings we have today.
1Mix first six ingredients well.
Mix dry ingredients (next three ingredients). Add to first six ingredients batter. Fold in blueberries.
Mix together the last five ingredients with a pastry blender.
Put batter mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread the last ingredients over the top of batter.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Note...fresh blueberries> 45 minutes....frozen blueberries> 1 hour or more. Watch closely.
