When blueberry season comes this is the first recipe I reach for. This is such an easy, fast and good coffee cake. I got this from a co-worker a long time ago and have passed it on to many of my friends ever since. Hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients

1 pint blueberries, fresh
1 cup sugar
2 - eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter or margarine

How To Make blueberry coffee cake

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 10" tube pan

Step 2

Mix, well, all ingredients except blueberries
Step 3

Hand fold in blueberries
Step 4

Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until top is light golden brown.
