When blueberry season comes this is the first recipe I reach for. This is such an easy, fast and good coffee cake. I got this from a co-worker a long time ago and have passed it on to many of my friends ever since. Hope you enjoy it.

- 1 pint blueberries, fresh
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
How To Make blueberry coffee cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 10" tube pan

Step 2Mix, well, all ingredients except blueberries

Step 3Hand fold in blueberries

Step 4Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until top is light golden brown.
