Blueberry Coffee Cake
It's very easy and quick to put together.
- 1 can(s)
- grands butter biscuits (off-brand is fine, but you need the large biscuits)
- 1 stick
- melted butter
- 1/2 -1 c
- fresh or frozen blueberries
- a mixture of cinnamon and brown sugar to taste
How to Make Blueberry Coffee Cake
- 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut large biscuits in quarters. Have melted butter in one bowl and cinnamon/sugar mixture in another bowl. Use a 9 inch square or round baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Dip each quarter of biscuit first in butter and then in cinnamon/sugar, coating all of biscuit well. Arrange in baking dish until all of biscuit quarters have been used. Arrange blueberries on top, mashing down into biscuits just a litle with hand or a spoon. (If you want to take the time, you can cut blueberries in half.) Drizzle any leftover butter on top. Bake for 20 minutes or accordingly as your oven temperature allows.
