Blueberry Coffee Cake

How to Make Blueberry Coffee Cake
- Heat oven to 350. Generously grease and flour bundt cake pan.
- Combine bisquick, sugar, oil, vanilla, eggs, sour cream, lemon juice and applesauce in large bowl. Add blueberries, stirring in gently.
- Pour cake into prepared pan. Bake 50-55 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes and then remove from pan. Cool completely.
- Once cooled, drizzle with glaze of 1 cup powdered sugar, 4 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp of vanilla OR just dust with powdered sugar.
