My husband fell in love with this recipe before we even tried it. Normally, nothing would stop him from doing it himself, but we ended up taking it to a party, and he had to work when it needed to be made. And it was EASY. Delicious and no trouble? Keeper!

Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup blueberries, divided
- 1 - graham cracker pie crust (6oz or 9")
How To Make blueberry cheesecake

Step 1Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, mix until blended. Stir in 1/2 cup of the blueberries.

Step 2Pour into crust. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup blueberries.

Step 3Bake at 350*F, 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with whipped topping and blueberries.
