16 ozcream cheese, softened
1 cblueberries, divided
1graham cracker pie crust (6oz or 9")
How to Make Blueberry Cheesecake
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, mix until blended. Stir in 1/2 cup of the blueberries.
- Pour into crust. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup blueberries.
- Bake at 350*F, 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with whipped topping and blueberries.
