Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 3 - eggs, divided (1 and 2)
- 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup sugar, divided (3/4 cup and 1/4 cup)
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 can pie filling, blueberry (or your fav. flavor)
How To Make blueberry cheesecake

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat cake mix, butter and 1 egg in large mixer bowl on low speed until crumbly. Press lightly in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

Step 2Beat cream cheeses, 2 eggs, ¾ cup sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Spread over cake mixture. Bake until set, 20 to 25 minutes.

Step 3Mix sour cream, ¼ cup sugar and 1 Tbsp. vanilla until smooth. Spread over cheesecake, cool. Spread pie filling over sour cream mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
