Ingredients

  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 1/3 c
    butter, softened
  • 3
    eggs, divided (1 and 2)
  • 16 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 c
    sugar, divided (3/4 cup and 1/4 cup)
  • 2 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 16 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 can(s)
    pie filling, blueberry (or your fav. flavor)

How to Make Blueberry Cheesecake

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat cake mix, butter and 1 egg in large mixer bowl on low speed until crumbly. Press lightly in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Beat cream cheeses, 2 eggs, ¾ cup sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Spread over cake mixture. Bake until set, 20 to 25 minutes.
  3. Mix sour cream, ¼ cup sugar and 1 Tbsp. vanilla until smooth. Spread over cheesecake, cool. Spread pie filling over sour cream mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
