- 250 grams self rising flour
- 175 grams castor sugar
- 150 grams soft butter
- 100 grams cream cheese, room temperature
- 5 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup blue berry pie filling
How To Make blueberry cheese cupcake

Step 1Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat for 2 minutes.

Step 2scoop 1 tablespoonful of the mixture into cupcake tins lined with papercups.Put in 1 teaspoonful of blueberry pie filling on top. Scoop another 1to 1/12 mixture on top

Step 3Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 170 degrees celcious. Happy Trying
