I got this recipe from a cookbook put out by a hospital group.I have made it many times and my family likes it alot especially my son.

Ingredients

3/4 cup sugar
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 - egg
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup blueberries
4 teaspoons flour
1/2 cup crisco

How To Make blueberry cake

Step 1

Cream Crisco and sugar,then add egg and vanilla.

Step 2

Add flour mixed with salt and baking powder,then add milk and mix.
Step 3

Add blueberries coated with the flour and mix.
Step 4

Pour into buttered and floured 8x4 inch loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 3/4-1 hr.
