Another one I haven't tried...but felt looked good enough to save to my recipe box. Came from Red Hat Society cookbook, and was labeled the official dessert of the Sugar Plum Girls.

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 large box instant vanilla pudding mix
4 large eggs
1 cup olive oil
8 ounces cream cheese
14 ounces can of blueberries, reserve juice
FROSTING
1 cup reserved juice
2 cups powder sugar

How To Make blueberry cake

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325. Combine cake mix, eggs, plive oil, and cream cheese. Beat 2 minutes on medium heat. Fold in drained blueberries.Bake 45 min.

Step 2

Combine the juice and powder sugar. Spread over cake.
