Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen, rinsed and thoroughly dried.
- TOPPING
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
How To Make blueberry buckle

Step 1First make cake batter. Combine sugar, butter and egg. Add milk. Set aside.

Step 2Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Combine wet and dry ingredients just until combined.

Step 3Fold in blueberries. Pour into a 9" square pan.

Step 4Mix topping ingredients together using pastry cutter until medium crumbs form. Sprinkle over unbaked cake.

Step 5Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
