Ingredients

  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 1 sml box
    blackberry or black cherry jello
  • 1 sml box
    vanilla instant pudding
  • 1/2 c
    canola or vegetable oil
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 c
    blackberry wine
  • GLAZE

  • 1 1/2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter, cold
  • 3/4 c
    blackberry wine

How to Make Blackberry Wine Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 325 dedgress.
  2. Combine all of the cake ingredients and beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.
  3. Pour into a Bundt pan that has been sprayed with Pam cooking spray. Bake for 40-60 minutes.
  4. Glaze: Put in sauce pan. Bring to a boil until butter melts.
  5. Pour glaze over warm cake.
  6. NOTE: Use Morgan David Blackberry Wine or the cheapest.

    NOTE: Use sugarfree jello
