I got this recipe from my wonderful Aunt Joyce (r.i.p.). This cake is delicious. We love and miss you.

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 sml box blackberry or black cherry jello
  • 1 sml box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 cup blackberry wine
  • GLAZE
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter, cold
  • 3/4 cup blackberry wine

How To Make blackberry wine cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 325 dedgress.
  • Step 2
    Combine all of the cake ingredients and beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.
  • Step 3
    Pour into a Bundt pan that has been sprayed with Pam cooking spray. Bake for 40-60 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Glaze: Put in sauce pan. Bring to a boil until butter melts.
  • Step 5
    Pour glaze over warm cake.
  • Step 6
    NOTE: Use Morgan David Blackberry Wine or the cheapest. NOTE: Use sugarfree jello
