I got this recipe from my wonderful Aunt Joyce (r.i.p.). This cake is delicious. We love and miss you.

1 box
yellow cake mix
1 sml box
blackberry or black cherry jello
1 sml box
vanilla instant pudding
1/2 c
canola or vegetable oil
1 c
blackberry wine


1 1/2 c
powdered sugar
6 Tbsp
butter, cold
3/4 c
blackberry wine

How to Make Blackberry Wine Cake


  • 1Preheat oven to 325 dedgress.
  • 2Combine all of the cake ingredients and beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.
  • 3Pour into a Bundt pan that has been sprayed with Pam cooking spray. Bake for 40-60 minutes.
  • 4Glaze: Put in sauce pan. Bring to a boil until butter melts.
  • 5Pour glaze over warm cake.
  • 6NOTE: Use Morgan David Blackberry Wine or the cheapest.

    NOTE: Use sugarfree jello
